Encoding binary data, in base64 for example, does not work because foreign sinks cannot determine the type of encoded data (TEXT? BLOB?).

keep 1-line JSON objects as a valid format
require an additional option like FORMAT 'json' for TYPE NET_* source readers / sink writers
