GiBBERISh 2.0

Improvement in latency using GitHub contents API. Best latency now: 3-4 seconds

Use of API is flexible. It is contingent on the availability of :

1. User's upstream repository at github.com
2. "jq" command-line utility on both client and server
3. "base64" command-line utility on both client and server

This version has been tested to work on and between Ubuntu 12.04, 16.04, 20.04 and Debian 10.
If you are using another platform and GiBBERISh works for you, please let me know.

This version is incompatible with older versions of GiBBERISh.
Please install the latest stable version of GiBBERISh on both client and server for the best results.

GiBBERISh is now compatible with older versions of Bash and GPG. Security is high too with AES256 encryption.

This has been tested on Ubuntu 12.04, 16.04, 20.04 and Debian 10.
