Wind_Aware_Aircraft_Trajectory_Generation

Versions:
  • v_H1.xx - generates wind-aware trajectories.

  • There are two things that can be done with this software:

    • Modeling the effect of wind on trajectories

    • Generating wind-aware trajectories

Note:
  • This is a companion software for the paper: Wind-Aware Trajectory Planning For Fixed-Wing Aircraft in Loss of Thrust Emergencies.
  • This software was written for performing simulations for the paper and is NOT COMPLETE OR EXHAUSTIVE in any way. There are corner cases that have not been tested and use cases that have not been considered. However, it can be used to correctly reproduce the results in the paper. Patches are welcome.
