Added a section on Lasso Regression, and general notation improvements to the section on Ridge Regression.
I thought Lasso Regression had significantly distinct enough features to justify adding it to the section on ridge regression, and I changed the formula and some of the wording to attempt to make it more consistent with the rest of the notebook (eg. using beta instead of m)
