Updated docs for pre commit to fix bug with previous versions of isort

Using the current example in the documentation leads to an error.

Also, it seems like https://pycqa.github.io/isort/docs/configuration/pre-commit.html is not updating correctly. it still has an older version on the page compared to the file i modified.
