GitHub now has an easy-to-use button to automatically add release notes.
Therefore it's not necessary to use this yaml for an app we experimented with a while back.

I'd stll prefer automation if y'all have a goal of releasing things to GitHub releases. In my experience, they only generate confusion and unnecessary bug reports as people use the wrong artifacts so I'd rather not use them at all.

Agree, automation is great. But this file specifically was for a GitHub app we no longer use (because it was buggy). https://github.com/apps/release-drafter
