Used OpenAI DALL-E to generate some license free new logo for Bandit. I used the prompt: "Create a simple and clean logo for a software security tool named Bandit, focusing on a minimalist raccoon head." Signed-off-by: Eric Brown <eric_wade_brown@yahoo.com>

What's the issue with the old logo? |
I've always found the existing logo a little confusing. Is it an eyeball with a face mask? |

🤷 I think the main thing the foundation was concerned with was trademark infringement but I can't imagine someone coming after us for a similar problem. There aren't other bandit projects or products with similar logos right? |

I just did a check. I think the word bandit gets associated with an old western cowboy robber a lot of times. The closest thing similar was a heavy equipment company that has a raccoon in the logo named Bandit Employee Owned. But the raccoon looks nothing similar (https://banditchippers.com/) and different industry. |
