Matterfeed.NET v2.1

• Added a fallback mode for feeds that don't utilise the PubDate field, which was causing issues with multiple posts from the same feed. Fallback mode will save a local copy of the RSS feed and then use that to compare against new ones.
• Tweaks to twitter output

Major rewrite of the code:

• Now using FeedReader instead of Syndication toolbox for a better RSS/Atom Parsing experience
• Reddit is now parsed using a custom class and it's JSON feed instead of RSS. This make things a bit neater in the configuration, and a lot easier to parse nicely!
• various bugfixes
• Logging is a little more verbose, but certainly needs some more work...
