Angular v17 introduces a new syntax that is not compatible anymore with pure HTML. This PR introduces a new component for the languages "angular" and its alias "ng".

I'm willing to provide update & fixes for this component if needed as I am already using on my personnal website. You can see a working demo of the new component here.
