Custom mobile_ppp netctl profile for french Provider Bouygtel
This file needs to be placed under /usr/lib/netctl/connections/mobile_ppp. It has been adapted to allow SIM PIN-locked or PIN-unlocked.
And two lines leading to errors have been removed.
It has been tested with French Telecom Provider 'Bouygues Telecom' and with a modem 'Sierra Wireless EM7345 4G LTE'.
