This is a transmogrifier (i.e. converter) that converts an REA-XML file to an OpenRealEstate model.
Realestate.com.au created an xml schema that (for them) defines how they want a listing to be represented. For the start of the 2000's it's been the industry (defacto) standard file format (in Australia) which all CRM's/Multi-loaders/Providers (pick your favourite name) have adopted.

This library only converts from REA-XML format to an OpenRealEstate model. Not the other way around.
