unfortunately there are more changes in setuptools etc. I am not able to do a build on CF currently

this discribes my current problem, I try to fixate that lib too
pypa/setuptools#3772

I currently fixate setuptools too, and will add this here too, until that is main stream solved
conda/conda-build#4733

We verified on CF that with that patch it is builded. this will need a 7.0.8 soon.
