Announcing v0.0.1-alpha of BOLD, the first code release for the project.

Highlights:

  • Includes updated README, documentation, security audit, and research specification
  • Includes latest dependency updates and fixes to edge tracking to support end-to-end challenge resolutions
  • Includes more configurable entry points to be integrated into Arbitrum technology such as Nitro for thorough testing

The specification is fully implemented, and challenge resolution works from start to finish. However, this is still labeled as a pre-release as there are several steps before BOLD can be ready for production. One major item is a fully-functional integration with Arbitrum Nitro to have an example devnet that runs BOLD.
