Update storybook, fixes immer vulnerabilty

How to test 🧪

• yarn audit | grep critical no longer shows immer vulnerability in storybook more details about issue: yarn audit: security vulnerability detected in storybook 6.1.18 -> immer storybookjs/storybook#13961
• storybook works, well at least scenarios that did worked in old version, many were broken.
