The aspergillus project is a computational biology research project to simulate the fungal invasion of aspergillus spores in the human lungs.
These wiki pages aggregate various web resources including experimental data, simulation software, visualization software, data and metadata of various types, publications, presentations and meeting notes. This is an open source, reproducible research project with UConn Health, UF Health and Kitware currently the major contributors. Dr. Reinhard Laubenbacher is PI.
