(and all the other pending issues, but there are workarounds)

• Remove mandatory setter override tracked-tools/tracked-built-ins#98
• use @embroider/macros to fix the template compiler emberjs/ember.js#19569

No longer waiting on:

• Fix combination usages of compileModules along with other flags. emberjs/ember-cli-babel#407
