🗺️ Revamped App Navigation

In response to user feedback about difficulty navigating the app, we have reworked the sidebar to show organization more clearly:

There is also a new tab organization within user profiles and groups:

📞 Inline Mention Documents & Groups

Now when you press @ in a draft, you can link to a document and the title will automatically be included. You can also paste a document in and click "Mention ", and the document will be included and the title will be visible.

🗑️ Content Deleting

You can now delete Documents, Groups, and Accounts from your computer. The ID will be saved as deleted so you will not sync the same content again. A reason may be provided so it will be clear to you in the future why this ID was deleted.

Deletion can be accessed by clicking the ... in the top right corner of any entity page or the item in an entity list.

HOTFIX: Change "equation" block type to "math". Previous "equation" blocks will be supported, but the type os deprecated.

🧮 Math Equations

If you type /math or /equation in the editor you can insert a block of TeX notation which will be presented as a formatted equation in your document. Specifically, this uses the KaTeX library to present your equations.

You may also select "Equation" in the new block dropdown by pressing the plus button on the left of any block in the document editor.

🤩 Favorites

We are migrating from 'Pinned Content' to 'Favorites', so all your pins will be automatically converted and available in the new Favorites page from the sidebar. You can now click the star next to any entity to add it to your favorites, and click again to remove. In the future we will make it even easier to access your favorite content.

🎉 More New Features

• Expand and collapse sections of content in each document by pressing the arrow on the left of each heading

⛲️ Improved App Organization

We have taken the next step of our ongoing app organization project, and now your Groups and Documents appear directly in the main sidebar. There is a new "Explore Content" section where you can discover new Groups and Documents.

🏹 Range Links and Embeds

We now support ranges in document URLs, so you can select an exact snippet of text within a paragraph for linking or for embedding into other documents.

To create a range, select some text within one paragraph of a document, and see the resulting popup which allows you to copy the link or create a comment that quotes this exact text.

🗞️ Profile Feed

We are introducing a new sidebar for user accounts, where you can access a feed that provides all updates for an account to see what they have published recently across all documents and groups.

🦜 X / Twitter Embeds

Now when you paste a link to a tweet (a post on X), you will be prompted to convert to an embed. When you read this document, the tweet will be loaded from twitter through an intermediate server.
