Changes:

• Simplified create/update actions
  • Allow onSuccess prop to handle post success actions (closing modal, etc.)
  • Auto handle list refetch in success block

• Use ReactModal instead of swal
  • Retrieve data and handle submit inside modal component
  • Styled for refinement after changing component

• Changed action button styling and standardized by using common styles
• Cleanup unused styles
