FeedBack_vvpk

The Telegram bot was written to maintain the rating of the VPFK college.

In the bot, you can write a review for the teacher, the subject, or about the college in general.

Libraries:

• aiogram3x (for iteration with telegram bot api)
• aiosqlite (for async database)
• and other smaller libraries were used
