Some bugfixes and improvements to make the the library more usable.

Status

The library is working correctly on Windows and Linux. It is stable and quite efficient.
However, without documentation and examples, it cannot be considered a good final product.

Known bugs and issues

• Still some warnings and issues on Microsoft Visual Studio
• Vriska::Time::Zero not working on Windows
