feat(ai-proxy): added Azure native auth explanation

Description

⚠️ I need help here because there are two pre-requisites:

1. This only works in Kong Enterprise
2. This is only available (the whole page / feature) in Kong 3.7

I have added an explanation on how to use Azure Managed Identity authentication when using the Kong AI Proxy within the Azure SaaS.

• Tagged the page as 3.7 only
• Added a banner and a prerequisite for Enterprise - we don't have any other precedents where an OSS plugin have Enterprise config, so we have to do it this roundabout way
• Did some general cleanup of the text
• Converted the examples into multi-format examples (should do this for the other AI Proxy guides eventually)
