Ensure you have Foundry installed.
Install the dependencies:
```
$ forge install
$ cd ui && yarn
```
Run Anvil:
```
$ make anvil
```
Set environment variables and deploy contracts:
```
$ source .envrc
$ make deploy
```
Start the UI:
```
$ cd ui && yarn start
```

In Metamask, import this private key and connect to localhost:8545:
