This is mainly so that we can upgrade our stuff the moment this is deployed merged: KnpLabs/php-github-api#823 |

We pin the version on purpose because, historically, there have been semer violations with that package. Whenever they tag a new minor release, well also tag one so that everyone can access the latest version, and also have piece of mind about breakages. |
