If you wish to run it yourself, you need to set the following env vars:

USER_NAME: The name you wish to display to users, e.g 'Issy' -
USER_PRONOUN: The pronoun you wish to use in the message e.g 'her', 'their', 'his' -
FOURSQUARE_ACCESS_TOKEN: A valid access token for the users checkins to show
