It seems there is currently a bug in gorilla/websocket v1.5.1 that leads to an error during execution: 'Error during close of websocket - unexpected error of websocket connection - read tcp < ... >: use of closed network connection.'

As the gorilla/websocket is not that well maintained at the moment I switched to the fork Noooste/websocket
