- Port to Python 3. At least Python 3.6 is required now.
- Conform to PEP8 coding style.
- Set Cython language level to 3.
- Remove unused/unsupported djvu.dllpath.
- Add support for Cython 3.0 and Python 3.12.
- Require Cython >= 0.28.
- Drop support for DjVuLibre < 3.5.26.
