sna-1.0.0-x86_64.msi: installer; with context menu itemsna.exe: command line executable
If you do not know which to download, use sna-1.0.0-x86_64.msi.
Note that in order to complete the installation, you have to manually install NanaZip from Windows Store (or install 7-Zip and add its binaries to PATH).
