Description:
The Origami Build Service should not attempt to bundle v3 components. It should return a helpful error message, so users know support has not been added yet. This is true of each endpoint and the url updater.
Note:
This will be added to the codebase after first o3 component goes live to document error handling and ensure build service is not broken.
