v0.3.3: Merge pull request #6 from amureki/issues/5/pre-commit-hooks

This just bumps the release to v0.3.3, for ease of reference because using v0.3.2 no longer works correctly because it uses the hooks.yaml file instead of the .pre-commit-hooks.yaml file.
