Downgrade Mocha back to 5.2.0

In v6, stuff breaks in the reporters (even if only using the built-in ones like Spec) because `stats` is undefined. Seems related to mochajs/mocha#3458 but all the fixes look weird (and TypeScript bindings don't have the `createCollectorStats` def) so downgrading seems simplest.
