Deep Learning Yolo-server

Yolov4 모델을 이용하여 도로 위 이상현상(교통사고, 장애물)을 감지하였을 때 FCM(Firebase clouding messaging)으로 교통사고 정보와 HTTP로 이상현상의 이미지를 전송하는 서버
