This PR addresses the issue of uneven margins and lack of hover effects color on footer links for better UI. The following changes have been made:

1. Adjusted the margins of footer elements to ensure a consistent and balanced layout.
2. Added a hover effect on footer links, changing the link color on hover for better user experience and accessibility.
