Bulk Importer v0.1.0

Overview

Currently, Bulk Importer is capable of importing large amounts of Pokemon into a save file. It relies on the user to have properly formatted data, and may not error out gracefully. The majority of testing was done on XY and FRLG saves, with some quick testing done with SwSh saves. Regional forms (i.e. Alola variants) are not supported at this time but will be in future versions. Future updates will also feature more robust error handling.
