A bin/trash can finding android application created for my second year University Project that allows users to find nearby bins via an interactive map.
Features:
• Bin/trash can location stored and displayed in realtime for all users via Google FireBase
• Bins include: general waste, recycling, and dog waste
• (TO-DO) The option to report that a bin is faulty/full
• (TO-DO) A reward system and for adding bins onto the map
• A navigation component that provides the user with interactive directions to a specified bin location
