Regular update to bundle omsagent v1.4.1-45

Known issue:

  • Azure Security Center has started an migration to Azure Monitoring Agent, your instances might have installed the agent if your subscription has enabled Azure Security Center. We will adopt to this change in the next release around December. We recommend you to recreate all VMs while applying runtime-config of OMS Agent for Linux BOSH Release to avoid potential problems. Be aware that if the OMS Log Analytics Workspace you specified is using free tier, features from Azure Security Center will not be working for your cloud foundry environment.

Form this version, OMS Agent version will be used as version for its BOSH release as well for simplicity.
