The Arena Returns website, powered by Next.js

Prerequisites

• Git
• Visual Studio Code
• Node 18 LTS
• Yarn

Quick setup guide (Visual Studio Code)

• Clone the project and open it in Visual Studio Code.
• Please install the recommended VSCode extension, either by the popup showing up on the bottom right or via the Extensions Store: esbenp.prettier-vscode
• Make sure you have Node 18 LTS and Yarn installed. npm install --global yarn
• Install the dependencies by running yarn install in the root folder.
• /!\ Reload or restart your VSCode for the TypeScript server to load properly and see your new dependencies. (CTRL+SHIFT+P and search for Developer: Reload Windows)

Running

• Simply run yarn dev in the root folder.
• The website should be accessible at http://localhost:3000

Documentation for Next.js newcomers

You can start editing the page by modifying pages/index.tsx. The page auto-updates as you edit the file.

API routes are not used yet but can be accessed on http://localhost:3000/api/hello. This endpoint can be edited in pages/api/hello.ts.

The pages/api directory is mapped to /api/*. Files in this directory are treated as API routes instead of React pages.
