Official 1.0.0 release of GetAda.

This latest version supports uninstalling Alire+Getada using the --uninstall command. No windows release this time, as I still recommend using Alire's built in Windows installer at the moment.

This version changes the default config/binary directories from ~/.alire and ~/.alire/bin to ~/.getada and ~/.getada/bin.

Initial release of GetAda. While the source files will build on Windows, all it does is exit if windows is detected, since windows isn't fully implemented yet. Hence not including the windows build at this time.
