Add the byte[][] qrCodeData in a middle of a QRCode

I have a code:

How to input a byte[][] qrCodeData into a middle of a QRCode?

QR codes really encode text, so this doesn't quite make sense in general.
You can form the overall byte array you want and pass it in an ISO-8859-1-encoded string maybe.
You can also base64-encode as you're doing here and encode the text. In that case sure you can put what you want in the bytes that are encoded, but only some custom decoder app would understand it.

Thank you for the quick replay, I am encoding text (data) but I am trying to add byte[][] array and update the corresponding values in the BitMatrix data to the center of the QR code, I just can't get it to work.

A byte isn't text though. Do you mean you want to change the display of the barcode by writing a logo in the middle or something? that's different, and yeah just something you post-process into the image
