Favorite value in settings breaking for extenders type

Describe the bug

Saving a favorite data set in ZE using an extender like zFTP, the setting for the favorite is being written differently than zosmf favorites causing a failure of retrieval after restart.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. create a favorite ds with extender type like zftp
2. can access via favorites after save
3. refresh VSC
4. See in log favorite not recognized and not loaded in tree

Expected behavior

Favorite written to settings file in a way that can be used and accessed.
