ZE's Delete keybindings broken with VSC 1.88

Describe the bug

with the release of VSC 1.88 we have become aware that all 3 trees delete keybindings are broken

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. using VSC 1.88, go to any tree view and enter filter search
2. use keyboard to select file or folder to delete and press delete key
3. See nothing happen, silent failure

Expected behavior

User will be prompted for verification of the delete, and delete is successful if option chosen across all treeviews.
