copy/paste keybinding not working correctly in USS tree view

Describe the bug

Error seen with copy/paste using keybindings in USS tree view

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to USS tree view and enter a search filter
2. Use keyboard to move through tree selecting a file for copy with cmd/ctrl + c
3. Use keyboard to move through tree and select a location to paste the copied file to with cmd/ctrl + v
4. See error

keybindings to work properly for copy/paste in USS tree view
