To reproduce:

  1. Open page on desktop, with small screen size
  2. Style of "Navigation" doesn't change on hover
  3. Click and unclick the menu
  4. Style of "Navigation" now changes on hover

It shoud be consistent

This is a really minor bug, since it only affects the color of the text and only if the mobile view is used with a mouse.
