Why chunkset_rvv.c is skipped? Any future work about it?
And the rvv implementation is based on which draft version?

We don't have access to RVV-capable hardware, so it is impossible for us to optimize or properly test that, we also don't get paid to do any of this, and we have no budget to use for obtaining hardware. Therefore we are depending on code contributions from someone who does, and that takes time and especially for instruction sets that are not widely used by the community.
