Investigate a viable solution to run the OpenID Conformance Testing suite. For this we should be able use the example server in this library.

Questions

Can we use the example OP and RPs for the conformance tests?
Try to set up a manual run from a testing server
Can we automate the tests in the pipeline?
What is our current level of compliance?

The last test was for the complete zitadel product, v1.53.1 in November 2021.
