In the integrated reporting feature, specifically in the downloadable spreadsheet document, only close_at is available. (This refers to the first time a ticket has been closed.)
It is possible to create a report profile for this. Here, "closing time" and "last closing time are available".
Expected behaviour
Like in the ticket history, the last_close_at timestamp (or "last closing time") should also be available in the downloadable spreadsheet documents (.xslx format), for the sake of completeness and to avoid confusion.
Steps to reproduce the behaviour
Try to find last_close_at information in the downloadable sheets from the integrated reporting.
