[ISSUE] Not working -win10 #1

Hi
Checked complied exe file(run administrator)
whenever I click it the cmd window immediately shutsdown

tried to do it on python. Opened the respected folder and installed requirements. Still making the same thing.

Any solution?

btw there is this error in the code
