Remove non-english docs

This is about:

• A typo
• Innaccurate/misleading documentation (e.g. technically incorrect advice)
• Undocumented code
• Outdated documentation
• Other

Problem

The translated docs are outdated and don't represent the current state of Yew. There is no one who can maintain them and they add clutter and maintenance overhead for documentation. Some of those docs break the upgrade to Docusaurus 3

Details about the solution you'd like

While i18n is important to have, at the moment, the best way forward is to remove all non-english docs.
Additional context
There's also no one working on the docs and no one to review PRs on gitlocalize.
