Yarn build hungs the workflow of GH Actions upon successful completion

Hi, while triggering yarn build via GH Actions workflow, it hungs up the workflow from few mins to few hours.

Post above output, the workflow is just stuck.

Version of yarn used: v3.2.1
OS: Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS

Expected: Post build step completion, the workflow should proceed to next step in the workflow.

Potentially the same issue as #4157 but without a reproduction there isn't much we can do to help here.
