RFE: please start making github releases

Is it possible next time on release new version make the github release to have entry on https://github.com/yaml/pyyaml/releases? 🤔

I'm asking because only on make gh release is spread notification about new release to those who have set watch->releases.

Heh, I almost created a GH release this time (and still might go back and add one)- they've solved my old problems with them pretty well, so I've been using them more in other projects, and I think they'd be a good fit for this one too...

7.0.0a1 is planned for sometime in the next couple of weeks; there will definitely be a GH release, and I might go back and retroactively create them for 6.x at least...
