[React] Tagify doesn't work correctly with antD form

Prerequisites

• I am running the latest version (demo with the last version, but my real app with version 3.25.0)
• I checked the documentation and found no answer
• [o ] I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed

Explanation

• What is the expected behavior?
  when the submit button is clicked --> :
  - if Tagify Input has a value --> no error message should be displayed
  - if Tagify Input has an empty value --> the error message should be displayed

• What is happening instead?

• when the submit button is clicked --> :
  - if Tagify Input has a value --> the error message is displayed
  - when I add a Tag or a simple text --> the error message is displayed

• What error message are you getting?
